Are the shops and apartments ready today?+
The building is currently under restoration and fit-out works. The site will be updated with new images and information as work progresses.
How do I find the size of each shop or apartment?+
Every shop lists its size and dimensions, and every apartment lists its size, rooms and bathrooms, alongside the architectural plans for each floor.
Can I request a specific shop or apartment?+
Yes. When you register your interest you can select your preferred space, and we will be in touch to discuss its suitability and availability.
Can a site visit be arranged?+
Yes. Register your interest and add a visit request in the notes — the HMMAR team will coordinate with you.
